Nos complace anunciar una nueva oportunidad de empleo en nuestra red de Hoteles.Buscamos un Corporate Revenue Manager apasionado, con experiência y habilidades de liderazgo sólidas** para ir a trabajar en USA con visado TN**(nosotros te guiamos en e proceso del visado).**Job Summary****Key Responsibilities**:- Maintenance and Operations:- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities across seven ARCO ampmlocations, including convenience stores and conveyor car washes, as well astwo select-service hotels.- Conduct regular inspections of all properties to identify maintenance needsand schedule preventive maintenance to avoid disruptions in service.- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other essential equipmentfor smooth operation across all facilities.- Team Leadership and Vendor Management:- Lead, train, and support the maintenance team to ensure timely and highqualityservice across all locations.- Manage relationships with external contractors, service providers, andsuppliers to ensure cost-eIective and timely completion of repairs andfacility upgrades.- Compliance and Safety:- Ensure all properties are compliant with local, state, and federal safetyregulations, health codes, and environmental standards.- Implement and maintain safety protocols, including regular safetyinspections and staI training on emergency procedures.- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials,especially in relation to car wash operations.- Energy Management and Sustainability:- Monitor and manage energy usage at all locations to identify areas for costsavings and improved sustainability.- Implement initiatives to reduce energy consumption and promoteenvironmental best practices, particularly for the hotels and car washes.- Budgeting and Cost Control:- Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-eIective operationswhile maintaining high standards of maintenance and cleanliness.- Track and manage spending on repairs, supplies, and contracted services tostay within budget constraints.- Guest Satisfaction and Operational EIiciency:- Work closely with hotel management to address guest concerns regardingmaintenance and facility issues in a timely manner.- Ensure high standards of cleanliness**Qualifications**- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in both retail (conveniencestores) and hospitality (select-service hotels) industries.- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), and car washequipment.- Familiarity with local, state, and federal safety and compliance regulations,including OSHA standards.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex facilities issuesacross multiple locations.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Proficiency in budget management and cost control.- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain high standards ofprofessionalism.- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is aplus.Preferred Skills:- Experience managing conveyor car wash operations.- Previous experience working with hotel maintenance systems and protocols.- Certification in Facilities Management or a related field.Si te apasiona el mundo de la hostelería y tienes lo necesario para liderar, ¡no dudes en postularte!
