Site Operations Manager – Infrastructure

Job Title: Site Operations Manager – Infrastructure We are seeking an experienced professional to bring structure and operational efficiency to a fast-paced construction environment. This role focuses on building standardized operating procedures, managing supply chain workflows, and supporting field operations. Key Responsibilities: Create SOPs and operational processes from scratch. Track and manage supply chain activities including shipping, receiving, and deployment. Coordinate across supply chain, logistics, and construction partners. Support permitting workflows and ensure top-level visibility of site operations. Identify gaps and streamline communication across cross-functional teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience in operations, product management, or project management. A strong background in construction or supply chain environments. Proven ability to implement structure in fast-paced or chaotic projects. Familiarity with permitting and logistics workflows. Excellent coordination, tracking, and communication skills. DIRECT EXPERIENCE MANAGING COMPLEX PROJECTS FROM PLANNING THROUGH EXECUTION, INCLUDING TIMELINE MANAGEMENT, MILESTONE TRACKING, AND STAKEHOLDER REPORTING.
