Home » Head of Key Account Management Spain Introduction We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Head of Key Account Management for Spain to lead growth and expand our brand presence. This pivotal role involves leading the Key Account Manager Team, managing strategic accounts, and fostering high-value customer engagement. The Head of Key Account Management will execute and refine the strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities. This position reports directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy. Responsibilities Sales Strategy: Lead the Key Account Management sales strategy for Spain, ensuring effective execution and strategic alignment. Team Management & Development: Motivate and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration to enhance end-user development, new logo acquisition, and cross-selling initiatives. Coaching & Mentorship: Train, mentor, and coach team members to optimize sales effectiveness, lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal closing. Performance Monitoring & Forecasting: Create accurate sales forecasts, define actionable measures, and track performance against targets. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing for strategic accounts. Pipeline Development: Proactively prospect, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline, including expansion within existing customers and new prospects. CRM Management: Regularly update CRM with relevant customer and deal information; proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools is required. Requirements Fluency in English and Spanish. Proven experience in sales and account management. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce. Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based bonus.
