Director of Finance and Accounting We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to join our leadership team. As Director of Finance, you will play a key role in shaping the hotel's financial strategy and operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team of finance professionals and drive business growth through effective financial management. Job Description As Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, managing the budgeting and forecasting process, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will collaborate with department heads to drive profitability, prepare accurate financial reports, and support audits and internal controls. You will also serve as a strategic advisor to the General Manager and ownership group, playing a key role in supporting our growth and continued success. Requirements A finance leader with at least 8 years of progressive experience in hotel accounting, including 4 years in a senior-level role. A detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of Payroll, A/P, A/R, Income Audit, Credit, Cash Flow Management, and HOA Accounting. A natural coach with a proven ability to build and inspire productive, cross-functional finance teams. Proficient in financial systems, reporting, and analysis, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
