Luxury Resort Manager/Hotel Director

Job Title: Luxury Resort Manager/Hotel Director We are seeking an experienced Resort Manager/Hotel Director to lead our luxury resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This is a senior leadership position that requires a high level of expertise and strategic thinking. This role requires the ability to manage multiple departments and ensure seamless operational delivery. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests. Key Responsibilities: To oversee all aspects of resort operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and engineering. To develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction. To lead a team of experienced professionals and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Resort Manager or Hotel Director in a luxury hotel environment. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and external partners. Knowledge of Forbes standards and quality focus, with the ability to implement and maintain high standards across all areas of resort operations. Familiarity with P&L and financial performance, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions. Benefits: Exceptional base salary (commensurate with experience). Bonus: Annual Bonus 20% depending on KPIs compliance. 21 days of vacation for every 12 months of continuous service. Christmas Bonus: 15 days of salary before December 20th. Food vouchers: $400 (four hundred pesos) Monthly Net. Housing: Range from $40,000 to $45,000 Monthly Gross. Annual Home leave Flight Ticket, Family members included. Saving Fund Bonus 4%. Health Insurance: Totally free with no deductions. Relocation allowance: $65,000 MXN.
