Be EPIC.Key Areas of Responsibility:Project Oversight: Ability to structure, lead, and monitor the full life cycle of enterprise-level implementations, managing scope, resources, budget, and timelines.Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in building strong communication bridges across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations, ensuring alignment throughout each project phase.Risk & Issue Management: Proactive in identifying and managing risks or roadblocks, with a solutions-oriented mindset and clear escalation protocols.System Integration: Experience ensuring seamless interfacing between SAP SuccessFactors, core ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA), and related hospitality technologies such as PMS.Change Management: Proven ability to support organizational adoption through structured training, user engagement, and change enablement strategies.The ideal candidate has:Solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA implementations.Educational background in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).Experience in the hospitality industry, leading digital transformation or systems integration projects.Familiarity with PMS solutions and their ERP integration is a strong asset.Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written.Strong command of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.Detail-oriented, highly structured, and collaborative professional with strong executive communication skills.Don't miss this opportunity to join the caribbean's fastets growing resort chain and apply now.
