Corporate Mixology Caribbean-based – Extensive Travel Required A leading hospitality group in the Caribbean is seeking a highly creative and strategic Corporate Mixology to elevate its beverage programs across a multi-brand, multi-property portfolio. This is a key leadership role for an individual passionate about mixology, beverage innovation, and operational excellence, someone who thrives in dynamic environments and understands how to deliver memorable guest experiences through world-class bar programs. What You’ll Be Doing: Designing and implementing beverage programs that reflect current trends and seasonal ingredients. Creating signature cocktails and consistent bar experiences across multiple properties. Standardizing recipes and procedures to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency. Leading training efforts to elevate service and technical skills among bar staff across all properties. Monitoring inventory and cost controls to optimize profitability and minimize waste. Engaging with guests and gathering insights to refine offerings and boost guest satisfaction. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations in each location. Traveling frequently to property locations for evaluations, coaching, and implementation. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in a corporate or multi-unit hospitality role focused on beverage and bar operations. Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktail development, and beverage trends. Proven leadership in staff development and service culture enhancement. Strong organizational and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred. Travel Requirements: Regular travel across multiple Caribbean destinations.
