Role Objective: Design, implement, and manage training plans, development programs, and learning strategies that align with business goals and strengthen employee capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Identify training needs across the organization through assessments and feedback. Design and implement onboarding programs, technical training, leadership development, and soft skills initiatives. Coordinate with external training providers and ensure program quality. Measure training effectiveness and ROI, providing post-training follow-up. Lead the annual training and development plan. Manage learning platforms (LMS) and digital tools. Support career path design and succession planning. Align learning strategies with organizational goals and culture. ✅ Requirements: ✔️ Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, HR, or related field (Master’s or diploma in Organizational Development is a plus). ✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. ✔️ Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies and training evaluation. ✔️ Experience with e-learning platforms and digital learning tools. ✔️ Excellent communication, leadership, and innovation skills. ✔️ Preferred experience with competency models or talent development frameworks.
