Job Title: Leisure Sales Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve hotel performance. Sales Strategy: Analyze market trends and develop targeted sales plans to maximize revenue opportunities. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion of tasks. Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred, minimum five years of sales leadership experience in similar sized operation required. Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, catering sales, conference service, and marketing management experience, guest relations, and etiquette.
