Executive Chef Job Description We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with exceptional leadership skills and strategic vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service. The Executive Chef will lead daily meetings with the Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, and area leaders to plan kitchen operations. They will also oversee the supervision of kitchen opening and operations, ensuring proper supply levels and addressing shortages. Additionally, the Executive Chef will ensure compliance with quality standards and budgetary guidelines. This includes preparing reports for consumption centers and overseeing the implementation of action plans. Liaise with suppliers to select products that meet operational needs. Work with the purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of supplies. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily meetings with the Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, and area leaders. Supervise kitchen opening and operations. Ensure compliance with quality standards and budgetary guidelines. Prepare reports for consumption centers. Liaise with suppliers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field. Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role. Advanced English language proficiency. Knowledge of food safety and handling practices. Experience in international cuisine and new culinary trends. Proficient in MS Office and kitchen processes.
