We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Store Manager to drive commercial success, foster brand awareness, and develop their team in a dynamic retail environment. Job Summary: The Store Manager will oversee store operations, manage staff, coordinate business activities, and maintain inventory while adhering to company guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day store operations, manage staff performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Conduct regular sales assessments, identify business opportunities, and engage clients according to established guidelines. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, manage the store's customer relationship management (CRM) system, and train staff to effectively capture client data. Maintain thorough knowledge of internal procedures and uphold accountability for adherence and training on them. Manage store inventory, possess in-depth knowledge of all product categories, and participate in seasonal buying initiatives as needed. Operate the store daily, focusing on team sourcing, hiring, training, and development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 5 years of management experience in retail Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills Team player Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our retail team and contribute to driving commercial success and fostering brand awareness.
