Overview: The Store Manager will be responsible for growing our brand awareness in this new market, developing a strong business, and leading a team. They will oversee the operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, and managing operating costs. Main Responsibilities: Manage the overall function and daily operations of the store. Achieve high operational and merchandising standards. Meet sales goals and maximize productivity by analyzing store needs and executing strategies to achieve results. Proactively respond to business trends and needs. Create a positive and productive environment by building a high-performance team and fostering a premium selling culture. Participate in all aspects of store operations, including recruiting and training staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the store is fully operational.
