Our platform comprises four best-in-class B2B brands that meet diverse client needs across global markets: Hotelbeds Bedsonline Roiback TravelStack Job Summary: The Global Technical Sales Lead must be a proven technologist who can adapt and respond to changing demands. This position requires securing top customer loyalty, forging strong relationships with business partners, and overseeing API optimization. Responsibilities: Territory Growth/Development Collaborate with sales teams to position and sell company services and solutions to strategic customers. Maximize product distribution from a technical perspective. Act as a technical point of contact for business partners to facilitate communication with clients. Lead technical activities relating to key customer integrations. Provide post-sales technical support and resolve customer cases. Verify KPI targets are met at the highest quality. Analyze client performance and identify optimization paths moving forward. Develop scripts to automate, monitor, alert, and report on production environments. Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Proven experience in Strategic Technical Sales Excellent communication skills, including documentation and presentation Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and initiative. Knowledge of REST API, XML, JSON, and similar technologies Experience working with Databases, SQL, Tableau, PowerBi or similar Understanding of automation practices throughout development, build, and deployment phases.
