As a seasoned sales leader, you will spearhead the development and execution of commercial strategies for weddings and group sales across all regions. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the North American weddings market, preferably in all-inclusive resorts or luxury hospitality. You will lead a team of on-property and regional sales professionals, leveraging your expertise to drive results and optimize conversion rates, ADR, and upselling strategies. A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining strong relationships with wedding planners, agencies, and third-party partners in North America. To succeed, you must possess excellent business acumen, the ability to lead cross-functional strategies, and fluency in English (spoken and written).
