Retail Sales Director

Store Leader Golden Goose is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our retail store, manage staff, and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management : Manage store inventory, control expenses, and optimize visual merchandising displays. Team Development : Recruit, train, and coach staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Customer Engagement : Foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and develop personalized experiences to drive repeat business.
