Sales Executive

At Royalton Hotels & Resorts , we are seeking a Sales Executive who is passionate about hospitality and has proven experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) market, groups, and conventions. This role will be key in strengthening our commercial strategy, enhancing the positioning of our properties, and building strong relationships with national and international clients, directly contributing to the company’s growth and success. Responsabilities: Actively prospecting and acquiring new clients in the corporate, tourism, and group segments. Developing, designing, and presenting innovative and competitive commercial proposals. Negotiating contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Coordinating with internal departments (banquets, operations, marketing) to guarantee flawless execution of groups, conventions, and events. Providing post-sales follow-up and managing key accounts, strengthening long-term relationships with strategic clients. Representing the brand at trade shows, roadshows, fam trips, and promotional activities both nationally and internationally. Monitoring market trends and conducting competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within hospitality, DMCs, travel agencies, or event companies. Advanced command of the English language (spoken and written). Strong knowledge of the MICE market and sales strategies for groups and conventions. Skills in prospecting, negotiation, key account management, and closing sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and highly organized with multitasking ability. Excellent communication, public relations, and teamwork skills.
