Finance Professional

Key Responsibilities:Lead financial management for our Mexico-based manufacturing facility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Partner with business units to assess risks, drive financial performance, and provide data-driven decision support.Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and corporate financial policies.Collaborate with global teams to align Mexico operations with international finance standards.Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required by leadership.Required:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of progressive financial experience, preferably in multinational manufacturing or industrial settings.Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) to collaborate with global colleagues.Working knowledge of international finance regulations, including cross-border compliance requirements.Preferred :Familiarity with Mexican fiscal policies and accounting standards.Experience supporting overseas subsidiaries from a corporate finance perspective.
