Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible in collaborating with both internal and external partners to ensure up-to-date shipment information and on-time shipment.Responsibilities- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth transportation and logistics operations as well as resolve various concerns and escalate as needed.- Prepare shipping details and documentation and provide up-to-date shipment information- Ensuring timely updates of shipment details and updating system timely to meet deadlines- Prepare reports and presentations on performance for freight meetings and other reports that the management may require.Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations.- Knowledge of freight transportation regulations, logistics operations, and industry best practices.- Experience in freight planning and management- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze pricing data, market trends, and customer requirements.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- TMS and Oracle preferred- Effective English communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication- Preferably a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Transportation, Business, or related field.
