Quality Assurance Manager

We are currently seeking a QualityManager to join our team and lead quality initiatives in ourmanufacturing operations. Your Key Responsibilities: - Lead andmanage the Quality department, ensuring compliance with internaland external standards (ISO, etc.). - Develop and implement qualitystrategies, systems, and procedures to ensure product excellence. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration withcross-functional teams. - Oversee quality audits, correctiveactions, and customer complaint resolution. - Ensure qualityperformance metrics are tracked, analyzed, and reportedeffectively. - Provide training and support to promote a culture ofquality throughout the organization. - Collaborate with production,engineering, and supply chain to maintain high product standards.What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, QualityManagement, or a related field. - Proven experience (2+ years) inquality management in a manufacturing environment, preferably inextrusion process. - Strong knowledge of quality tools andmethodologies (FMEA, SPC, 8D, PPAP, etc.). - Experience with ISO9001, or similar quality standards. - Strong leadership,communication, and analytical skills. - Fluent in Englishmandatory.
