Advanced Materials Research Specialist

Materials Laboratory Lead We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the performance and reliability of materials analysis within a physical testing laboratory. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the proper validation of raw materials and formulations, as well as leading continuous improvement strategies to strengthen result consistency and decision-making support across local and regional teams. Key Responsibilities: Broad understanding of materials science principles and laboratory methodologies Interpretation and communication of experimental data for technical applications Participation in collaborative research and product development projects Critical review of technical results and documentation Application of knowledge in polymer systems, material modeling, chemistry, and physics Statistical and data analysis using Minitab, Python, JM Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Physics Master's degree in Materials Science with specialization in Polymers/Rheology (preferred) Minimum 4 years of professional experience in similar job Benefits: Clear and assertive communication Technical leadership and coordination Customer and quality-driven mindset Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving Agility in fast-changing environments Scientific curiosity and learning attitude Team-oriented and collaborative Confident in technical discussions and reporting
