This role is responsible for leading daily operations at a large-scale manufacturing facility, overseeing salaried staff, and ensuring high performance across production and quality. The position drives continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and monitors key performance metrics to enhance plant effectiveness. It also focuses on developing future capabilities while upholding the highest standards for top-tier customers. Responsibilities: Direct daily plant activities of 1300+ team member facility, including supervision of salaried staff. Champion of plant continuous improvement activities (BOS, Lean, TVM, Kaizen). Identify and track key measures to monitor facility/function effectiveness, and set and monitor staff goals and objectives. Drive development of facilities processes and future capabilities. Ensure all customer requirements are maintained to the highest standard. Employee must perform his/her job within acceptable quality, productivity, and performance standards as outlined in plant policies, handbooks, and applicable work instructions.
