Data Insights Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our IT department in a key role of data analysis. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, enhancing ERP-related data insights, and developing impactful reports and dashboards using Power BI. Key responsibilities include: Analyzing and optimizing the S&OP process by providing actionable insights and performance metrics. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and improve ERP data utilization. Designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. Supporting data integrity and consistency across ERP and business intelligence systems. Developing and automating data models, queries, and reports to track KPIs related to operations, supply chain, and planning. Assisting IT and business teams in understanding data trends and identifying process improvement opportunities. Ensuring data governance and best practices are followed in reporting and analysis workflows. Requirements: 4–10 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably within IT or operations. Strong written and spoken fluency in English. Proficiency with Power BI, including DAX and data modeling. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex, or similar). Solid understanding of S&OP processes and operational metrics. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and VBA Macros. Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into business insights. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required. Master's degree is a plus.
