Commercial Operations Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Operations professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing processes that power our commercial success. Your primary focus will be on developing efficient and scalable systems that connect Sales with Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and Engineering, driving better decision-making across the organization. You will lead cross-functional projects, influencing stakeholders across various departments, and establish performance metrics to provide leadership with a clear view of revenue, pipeline health, and operational bottlenecks. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the center of launch, scale-up, and series support operations, contributing to cutting-edge EV products and solving real-world sustainability and mobility challenges. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement standardized sales processes from lead generation through quote-to-cash, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Evaluate, configure, and integrate tools and platforms that support pipeline management, forecasting, quoting, and reporting. Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM to align with sales-engine workflows, ensuring accurate data, automation, and reporting. Support and improve ERP usage (NetSuite preferred) for order management, item setup, and financial integration; manage CRM to ERP data flows. Establish performance metrics and build dashboards to give leadership a clear, real-time view of revenue, pipeline health, and operational bottlenecks. Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and Engineering to align sales processes with production, costing, and delivery requirements. Document workflows, policies, and best practices to create a repeatable commercial playbook for the organization. Train and support the sales team in following processes, using tools effectively, and leveraging data for decision-making. Identify inefficiencies in current workflows, propose solutions, and implement process improvements that reduce manual work while increasing speed and accuracy. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role; experience in manufacturing or automotive supply chain is a plus. Fluent in English; written & verbal. Proven track record of building or improving sales processes, tools, and reporting systems in a B2B environment. Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience (admin, workflows, custom objects, reporting); experience tuning HubSpot for B2B/sales-engine workflows preferred, with familiarity using resources like the HubSpot Blog and HubSpot Community. Practical experience with NetSuite (order management, item setup, financial integration) or another ERP used in manufacturing — ideally both HubSpot + NetSuite or experience integrating CRM to ERP. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, interpret trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations. Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering. Skilled at documenting processes and delivering training to diverse teams. Self-motivated and comfortable establishing structure in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on driving alignment and execution.
