This internship offers exposure to real-world engineering challenges, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that support our operational and innovation goals. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced engineers and technical teams to support ongoing initiatives in process optimization, product development, and data analysis.Preferred Qualifications- Strong interest in automotive manufacturing and engineering innovation- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams- Familiarity with basic engineering principles and problem-solving techniques- Exposure to CAD software, data analysis tools, or automation systems is a plusRequired Qualifications- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related Engineering field- Strong communication and organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)- Availability to work on-site during the internship periodPosition OverviewThe Engineering Intern will support various departments including Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance, contributing to projects that improve efficiency, safety, and product quality. Responsibilities may include assisting with data collection and analysis, updating technical documentation, supporting process improvement initiatives, and participating in team meetings. Interns will be encouraged to ask questions, propose ideas, and take ownership of small-scale assignments under the guidance of a mentor.
