Security Operations Manager

Job Title: Security Operations Manager We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to oversee the physical security operations within our facilities. This is a full-time role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in managing access control systems and coordinating external security guard services. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the physical security operations on-site. Coordinate and oversee external security guard services. Manage card access systems and ensure proper functionality. Monitor and generate reports on access events, alarms, and security breaches. Support internal and regulatory audit processes by preparing documentation and evidence. Collaborate with maintenance and system admins to manage surveillance infrastructure (CCTV). Review and report incidents using security footage and other digital evidence. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in physical security, CCTV, or access control systems. Knowledge of physical security systems integration is a plus. Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills in Spanish. Advanced English (spoken and written).
