Security Supervisor

Security Supervisor Location: Mexico ( Chapultepec & Tlalnepantla) Department: Facilities Job Type: Full-Time | On Site English Level: Advanced Role Summary As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of physical security within our facilities. You will coordinate external security guard contracts, manage access and surveillance systems, support audit readiness, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a safe and secure work environment for all employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities Supervise the physical security operations on-site. Coordinate and oversee external security guard services. Manage card access systems and ensure proper functionality. Monitor and generate reports on access events, alarms, and security breaches. Support internal and regulatory audit processes by preparing documentation and evidence. Collaborate with maintenance and system admins to manage surveillance infrastructure (CCTV). Review and report incidents using security footage and other digital evidence. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and discipline protocols among employees and visitors. Participate in evacuation drills and contribute to emergency response planning. Execute any additional duties assigned by your supervisor. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years in physical security, CCTV, or access control systems. Knowledge of physical security systems integration is a plus. Education: High school diploma required. Criminology or related studies preferred. Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills in Spanish. Advanced English (spoken and written). Why Join Us?
