Labor Lawyer

Responsibilities:Support the organization in matters related to employee relations, ensuring alignment with internal standards and company policies. Contribute to the definition and implementation of action plans or corrective measures in situations that may represent potential risks for the organization. Provide guidance on employee-related topics, including contracts, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and training initiatives. Assist in the preparation and review of agreements, policy documents, and internal guidelines. Facilitate internal sessions on workplace regulations and people management practices, including topics related to respectful work environments. Address and follow up on sensitive workplace concerns with professionalism and confidentiality. Offer advisory support to the Human Resources team. Participate in employee separation processes when required. Coordinate responses and follow-ups related to formal requests or proceedings with labor authorities, and represent the organization during inspections or audits when necessary.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Labor Law. 2+ years as a lawyer in labor law. English Level: B2 Knowledge of labor legislation in Mexico Training in conciliation and mediation
