Our BenefitsWith our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following: Insurance plans (Medical, life insurance, and more) Employee Assistance Program Competitive base salary What are your contributions to the team?Establish and maintain relationship with strategic suppliers located worldwide from a commercial and contractual standpointLead negotiations of complex contractual terms with external suppliersDevelop negotiation business strategies.Draft contractual agreements in close collaboration with the legal teamPrepare business cases and present to procurement management and other stakeholders for approvalEnsure contracts are maintained in accordance to our business requirementsSupport Business Units in the application of contractual remedies against material breachesCoordinate and lead negotiations of any claims with suppliers in support of business unit production issues.Track program changes through the management process up to the point of implementationSupport, where applicable, the Procurement commodity team in establishing sourcing strategies for the development programs and draft commercial agreements with the suppliers.How to thrive in this role?• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, in supply chain or equivalent. • You have at at least 3 years of relevant experience. • You have experience in the aerospace industry and/or manufacturing environment and/or program management, in a commercial role, an asset. • You have excellent negotiation skills and experience in project management. • You are detail oriented, focused and committed to meeting deadlines. • You are a strong team player, recognized for your leadership and innovation, and ability to mobilize a team. • You have a high proficiency and are a good communicator in English (written and spoken) • You have strong capabilities in operations and financial management. • You are comfortable with complex technical topics and have knowledge of legal terminology or interpretation of contracts. • You are familiar with Just-In-Time purchasing logistic, integrated supply chain and lean manufacturing concepts. • You can work with MS Project, Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook.
