Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.**JOB SUMMARY**The Associate Jabil Lean Coach will develop Lean expertise through an immersive, 18 - 24 months rotational program which provides significant exposure to Lean Six Sigma projects and Jabil’s deployment approach. Through this program, the Associate Lean Coach will gain exposure across the company. The Associate Lean Coach position is intended to be an entry point into Jabil. After the rotational period, the Associate Lean Coach will be responsible for seeking out a new role within the organization, as business need and performance warrants.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Rotational Programa. The Associate Lean Coach will spend 1-6 months working from St. Petersburg, FL with week plus assignments at various sites around the world for specific project support needs.b. The Associate Lean Coach will spend 18-24 months rotating between various functions within the operation at different sites around the world.2. Supporting Activities:a. Lead and support specific Jabil Lean Enablement & Consulting Group improvement projects.b. Support the Lean Maturity Assessment process.c. Support and lead various divisional projects based on pull from Lean Divisional Directors. May require short and long term assignments at Jabil facilities for hands-on support.e. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.3. Education and Developmenta. Complete the Bronze Certification Coursework.b. Participate in Jabil’s Lean Maturity Assessment and Silver Certification program.c.
