Quality Assurance Manager

Important Manufacturing Company is looking for a Quality Manager.Responsibilities:Ensure the QMS functioning establishing necessary processes Ensures that customer awareness is promoted at all levels Monitoring the correct operation of test equipmentTrack and analysis of ScrapMonitoring departmental and quality objectivesFollow up on rejections together with the different areas (tracking, localizations)Approve design stages as appropriate.Follow up on orders lost due to Quality Assurance.Develop improvement projects and/ or Six Sigma projects.Ensures that the measuring instruments used by the quality department are being controlled and used properly.Perform bottleneck verification runs during final inspectionProvide support for the implementation of a temporary solution to the processDepartment expense control and internal audits.The establishment, implementation, and verification of actions to address customer complaints, line rejections, and component rejections is ensured.Required Skills:Quality Experience Background preferably playing the Quality Manager role on different companies for at least 5 yearsExperience on Automotive Manufacturing is preferred Experience on different QMS Standards such as IAT16949 (Automotive) or 13485 (Medical) in addition to ISO9001-2015 desirableBachelor’s degree on engineering, mechanical or electrical is preferred, industrial is acceptable.Experience in PCBA manufacturing is desiredCommunication skills with all levels of the organization and leadership is a mustProficient English speaking is a must
