Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for senior-level positions, identifying and attracting top talent, and developing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities Lead the recruitment process for senior-level positions, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their human capital needs Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of recruitment processes Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent discipline Minimum of 8 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting with 3+ years executive/senior leadership recruiting experience Expert level knowledge of all full lifecycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills Ability to work with little direct supervision and prioritize tasks effectively Benefits This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
