Project Management Leadership Position

**Program Director Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our strategic initiatives. This role involves overseeing multiple projects, managing budgets, and enhancing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract manufacturing, with experience in leadership roles and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Foster customer relationships through regular communication and issue resolution. Oversee project timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Analyze key performance metrics to inform decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in contract manufacturing environment in a similar position. Preferred Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. Proven ability to function independently and multi-task. Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and e-mail skills required. Additional Information: Experience in electronics, PCBA and HLA manufacturing is preferred. Leadership skills, bilingual ability, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also desired.
