Procurement Leadership Specialist

MRO Manager This is a leadership role in the purchasing department responsible for sourcing MRO products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical procurement skills, experience with ERP systems, and excellent communication abilities. The key responsibilities of this position include: Recruitment and development of MRO buyers and sourcing staff Assessing individual and team capabilities and implementing development and succession planning Providing coaching and performance feedback to build procurement expertise and drive team accountability Developing and delivering structured training for sourcing best practices and ERP tools Defining, tracking, and reviewing KPIs across MRO spend categories and supplier performance The successful candidate will also be responsible for: Facilitating weekly meetings to discuss team status, updates, and issue resolution Tailoring communications to technical and non-technical stakeholders Driving continuous improvement in purchasing efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field required Experience in sourcing or MRO procurement roles Experience in contract manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
