Global Business Finance Analyst Job Description The Global Business Finance Analyst plays a key role in implementing global QAD solutions, analyzing business requirements and developing project specifications. Key Responsibilities: Owns finance relationship for new site implementation & process optimization. Provides leadership on issues resolution, influencing direction and key decisions. Drives governance and approach on enhancements to ensure technical feasibility and global relevance. Writes functional specifications into technical specifications and tests programs. Supports and Approves Data change requests on User Acceptance and Production Databases. Participates in Kaizens Roadmap building and quality ISO/SOX audits closure sessions. Travels to visit other sites, evaluates best practices, and coordinates events to implement them. Requirements and Qualifications College diploma or university degree in business administration, computer science, accounting, or management information systems. 7+ years of experience with targeted ERP application: QAD, SAP or Oracle, preferably QAD. 2+ years of management or project management experience. Working knowledge of barcode scanning systems, database query tools, EDI, and excellent analytical skills.
