Financial Analyst

We’re looking for an ambitious, numbers-driven Financial Analyst ready to make a big impact in a fast evolving company. What You’ll Be Doing: Take ownership of the cost analysis & month end of one of our many sites. Identify cost-saving opportunities. Own all balance sheet and P&L GLs related to inventory and cost of sales. Identify the source of variances and work with site managers to reduce them. Support tracking of engineering and production costs for special projects. Participate in Forecasting and Budget process. Drive internal and external audits and implement any recommendations. Actively work on identifying gaps in the costing process and developing suggestions for process improvements. Partner with leadership in presenting and interpreting the monthly results. Participate in the establishment of Business Cases, contract evaluation and projects. What We’re Looking For A self-starter who loves ownership, initiative, and seeing results. Your Background Required: 2-5 years of relevant experience Excellent analytical, financial reporting, and problem-solving skills Result-oriented, sense of initiative and business Strong communication and leadership skills Solid financial understanding - pricing, margins, risk management. Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems. English (oral and written) Nice to Have: Costing experience CPC designation Experience leading projects or cross-functional teams Experience in a manufacturing environment Education: A degree in Accounting or related fields is preferred.
