MRO Procurement Specialist

The Maintenance and Repair Organization (MRO) Leader is responsible for overseeing the procurement of maintenance, repair, and operations materials. This involves leading negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms. Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to improve efficiency and cost savings. Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products. Create and maintain purchase orders, RFQs, and contracts. Analyze and review supplier performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including finance, IT, and operations teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in MRO procurement leadership. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
