Quality Assurance Engineer Lead

Job Description This position is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance processes across the organization. Key objectives include ensuring customer satisfaction through support in quality initiatives, monitoring and improving production processes using statistical analysis and other quality tools, resolving customer issues promptly, and collaborating with suppliers to enhance their quality improvement efforts. Responsibilities: Develop and implement process control methods to ensure compliance with FDA and ISO standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain a high level of quality. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality procedures and best practices. Conduct regular audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. 3+ years' experience in SMT, TH, WS PCBA processes. Familiarity with SPI inspection and IPCA610 cosmetic criteria. Knowledge of IPC 7711/21 Repair procedures. AOI, AXI component inspection skills (BGAs). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with 8 D/Continual Improvement approach.
