Manufacturing Excellence Manager Job Description About the Role: The Manufacturing Excellence Manager will be responsible for ensuring the Quality Management System is functioning optimally, establishing necessary processes, and promoting customer awareness at all levels. This role involves monitoring the correct operation of test equipment, tracking and analyzing scrap, and monitoring departmental and quality objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, preferably with experience as a Quality Manager in different companies for at least 5 years. Experience in Automotive Manufacturing is preferred, along with knowledge of QMS standards such as IATF16949 (Automotive) or Medical, in addition to ISO. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, or electrical is preferred, industrial is acceptable. Responsibilities: Establish and implement effective quality processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Maintain accurate records of quality data, including scrap analysis and departmental performance Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans to address quality issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems Provide training and support to employees on quality procedures and best practices Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, or electrical At least 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably as a Quality Manager Experience in Automotive Manufacturing and knowledge of QMS standards such as IATF16949 (Automotive) or Medical, in addition to ISO Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
