Manufacturing Operations Director

Job Title: Packaging Plant Manager This position requires relocation to Ciudad Juarez. As a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Plant Manager, you will lead our packaging manufacturing plant with over 5 years of management experience in a packaging manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators. Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and professional growth. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient and effective production processes. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in production, quality, and safety. Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards. Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes and procedures. Safety & Compliance: Promote and enforce a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions as needed. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the plant. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a packaging manufacturing environment. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a production setting. Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards. Proficiency in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
