New Product Introduction Specialist

Exciting Opportunities in Product Introduction We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an NPI Engineer . In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth introduction of new products into our production lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial, manufacturing, and technical aspects of equipment and production lines. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze production line data and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process validations, including IQ/OQ/PQ, TMV, and Software Validation. Provide training and support to production floor staff, conducting troubleshooting and root-cause analysis activities as needed. Knowledge of manufacturing documents, including TR, TRP's, Control Plan, MS, I-Sheets, MVP, Set Up, and others. Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Finances, and Planning departments to achieve common goals. Requirements: Preventive and corrective maintenance experience on equipment. Equipment inventory and preventive maintenance schedule management. Non-Conformance management in Quality System. Execution and implementation of engineering projects.
