Our inclusive and diverse working environment promotes creativity, career growth, and continuous development.¡Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as Talent Acquisition/Recruiter at Chihuahua Plant!Your TasksResponsible for multisite recruitment (Chihuahua, Reynosa, La Laguna and R&D Center)Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse candidatesEstablish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectivesNetwork through various agreed channels, database, social mediaMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship during the selection processAccomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as neededYour ProfileBachelor’s degree.Automotive Experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position ideally within in-house recruitment / agencies.Experience in building talent pools in the areas of Operations (Production Plants), R&D, IT, Supply Chain, etc.Proven experience in actively sourcing passive candidates.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Advance English language skills.High level of professionalism and demonstrated excellent organizational and analytical skills as well as attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Willing to relocate (this position can be in La Laguna, Chihuahua or Reynosa)Our benefitsBenefits above the lawMajor Medical Expenses InsuranceGlobal growth opportunitiesCompetitive Wages
