Human Resources Generalist

Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Work Modality: ON SITE - Non-Negotiable (Chihuahua, Chihuahua) Shift: M-F 8-6pm EST. Salary: $28,500 mil pesos mxn brutos Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. Duties and Responsibility Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HR policies Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Support performance management and employee development programs Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership Skills and Qualification Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices (THIS IS MUST) Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, ADP) is a plus. The client is open to providing training. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High level of discretion and professionalism Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Nice to Have: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) Medical Field experience is a big plus.
