Job Title: Human Resources GeneralistWork Modality: ON SITE - Non-Negotiable (Chihuahua, Chihuahua)Shift: M-F 8-6pm EST.Salary: $28,500 mil pesos mxn brutosDescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is a people-first professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.Duties and ResponsibilitySupport the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboardingAdminister employee benefits, leave programs, and HR policiesServe as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issuesEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systemsAssist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systemsSupport performance management and employee development programsCoordinate employee engagement activities and internal communicationsPrepare HR reports and metrics for leadershipSkills and QualificationQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices (THIS IS MUST)Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, ADP) is a plus. The client is open to providing training.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh level of discretion and professionalismStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusNice to Have:HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)Medical Field experience is a big plus.Experience in a fast-growing or international company
