Job Title: HR Generalist We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our organization. Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding. Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HR policies. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Support performance management and employee development programs. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications. Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS systems is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High level of discretion and professionalism.
