Mental Health Care Specialist

About the Role We are seeking a qualified, part-time mental health professional to join our team. As a Psychotherapist/Psychologist, you will provide counseling services to clients with various mental health needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide culturally competent and empathetic care to clients. Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner. Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team and clinical care navigation team. Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to each client's needs. Requirements: You must be properly qualified (licensed, if applicable) to practice counseling in Chihuahua. You have a minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience. You are available to offer some amount of monthly in-person availability for our members in Chihuahua. You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT. Benefits: You'll set your own schedule to fit your professional and personal needs.
