Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking licensed psychotherapists to join our provider network and deliver high-quality care using a tech-enabled platform that prioritizes patient outcomes. About the Role Provide counseling services to clients with varying needs, including those requiring short-term goal-focused support or more extensive therapy sessions as needed. Treat adults who have completed online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to each client's needs. We welcome therapists who are open to working with additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families. Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our scheduling system. Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team for assistance when needed. Deliver culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, and genders. Requirements You are properly qualified (licensed, if applicable) to practice counseling in Chihuahua, Mexico. You have a minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience. You have access to a computer or laptop and are comfortable with technology, ensuring tele-health competency. You are available to offer some amount of monthly in-person availability for our members in Juárez. You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT. You are comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks. You prioritize quality clinical care and want to expand your capabilities by being informed of client progress or challenges.
