Maintenance Superintendent - FACILITIES The Facilities & Building Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all building systems, utilities, and infrastructure. This role ensures full compliance with the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety), promotes a strong safety culture, and has the authority to stop any activity that poses a risk to personnel or facilities. •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field). •Languages: English (Fluent) •Minimum +8 years of experience in maintenance leadership roles within a manufacturing environment. •Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, reliability, facilities management, and project execution. •Proven experience managing contractors and cross-functional teams. •Solid understanding of EHS regulations, IMS standards, and supply chain security requirements. •Proficiency in CMMS, ERP systems, KPI reporting, and data analysis tools. •Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. •Electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and utility systems •Fire protection, life safety systems, and emergency response readiness Building infrastructure, civil works, and construction supervision Facility modifications, expansions, and retrofit projects
