Maintenance Manager

General Profile: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred Over 5 years of experience leading maintenance teams in industrial environments. Strong background in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Strong leadership, team building, organizational development, coaching and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate people, assess and develop employee skills. Must have strong oral and written communication skills, must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work closely with subordinates, peers and higher levels of management. Highly motivated, results oriented with the ability to work independently, under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple initiatives concurrently, attend to details, and meet deadlines. Focus on continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and operational optimization. Holds self and others to a high standard of personal and facility performance. Demonstrated knowledge in key maintenance systems. Bilingual - English/Spanish Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategy and execution of maintenance plans. Ensure the availability and reliability of machinery and critical equipment. Implement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Develop and support the technical team.
