Job Title: Operations Department Specialist Job Description: The Operations Department Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless factory operations. They act as the primary liaison between office departments and factory management teams, coordinating workflow and communication to achieve maximum efficiency. Key responsibilities include providing technical support for strategic processes within the plant, covering areas such as production, materials management, quality control, engineering, maintenance, sheet metal fabrication, lean manufacturing, and process improvement. Collaborate with plant staff to implement quality systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and other processes resulting in enhanced internal and external quality for customers, as well as improved productivity and production efficiency.
