Our organization seeks a highly skilled Human Resources Advisor to lead key HR processes, support operational and strategic initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced professional to administer the payroll process through established systems. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive training plans for unionized personnel. Oversee cafeteria, transportation, and cleaning services to ensure seamless operations. Manage operational recruitment processes to attract top talent. Administer ILU programs to promote employee engagement and growth. Develop and implement effective communication plans to engage stakeholders. Participate in employee onboarding and induction activities to ensure a smooth transition. Apply disciplinary actions in accordance with internal work regulations to maintain a fair work environment. Conduct meetings with leaders, supervisors, and union representatives to address concerns and provide updates. Perform absenteeism interviews and implement follow-up actions to improve attendance rates. Provide daily follow-up for new hires to ensure successful integration. Prepare and deliver HR KPI reports to inform business decisions. Organize and participate in department events to promote team building and collaboration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist function, is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to succeed in this role. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Experience working with unionized environments is a significant advantage. Proficiency in HR systems, knowledge of TRESS is preferred.
